Quality Assurance Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the plant maintains a path consistent with the Hol-Mac Way that moves us towards the ideal state as detailed in the Hol-Mac Production System.
- Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering Departments to ensure Quality Procedures are in place for all processes.
- Produce and execute an annual Hoshin to support the Plant Hoshin.
- Complete the HBT Program (Hol-Mac Basic Training).
- Abide by the Hol-Mac Corporation Environmental Health and Safety Handbook.
- Help to coordinate Hol-Mac Corporation Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Perform housekeeping and/or routine preventative maintenance.
- Participate in training sessions.
- Abide by the rules, regulations, and procedures stated in Hol-Mac Corporations Operating Policy and Personnel Manual.
- Abide by Hol-Mac Corporation Environmental Health and Safety Handbook.
- Assist in setting and accomplishing Specific Plant Quality Direction for Hol-Mac Corporation.
- Coordinating Hol-Mac Corporation Improvement efforts at a specific plant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business with a background in Quality.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be PC and Windows literate; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Must be a self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to make decisions.
- Must be able to multitask.
