Hol-Mac Corporation was founded in 1963 by Charles B. Holder, Jr. in Bay Springs, MS. Originally founded as, Southern Welding and Machine, the company provided welding and machine shop services to local industries. As Charles’ resources grew, so did his vision for Hol-Mac, and his vision and expertise were the driving force behind Hol-Mac becoming the world class manufacturer it is today.
The culture of pride in craftsmanship at Hol-Mac was based on our Founder’s vision to build quality products, conduct business with integrity, and provide customers with exceptional customer service. These values are the driving force behind what we call “the Hol-Mac way”- or the drive to “DO IT RIGHT!”.
Led by a sound financial base, technical expertise, and the drive to expand into a world-class manufacturer, Hol-Mac Corporation grew from two employees in one facility, to 7 modern facilities with over 800 skilled professionals and craftsmen. Today, Charles remains active in the day to day operations of Hol-Mac, spending the majority of his time educating and training machinists at our Research and Development Facility.
I want to see Hol-Mac Corporation develop new products and services to improve the standard of living for the communities we are a part of. Hol-Mac Corporation will be the vehicle God will use for His honor and glory. He will provide opportunities and make clear which ones to accept if we always make Him part of our vision.
Our mission is to be a world class manufacturer in every market area in which we participate.
We will place our customers and suppliers as the most important element to operations, followed immediately by our team members. We will provide our customers with high quality products and services, competitive prices, delivered on time, providing profits for growth and rewards for our employees.
If we are to be successful we must make sure every team member is successful. We must develop our people with the skills necessary to be the most productive company in the world! Whether that skill is welding, machining, painting, assembling, measuring, communicating, interviewing or cleaning, we must be the best at every skill, every day!
We have the opportunity to build the company that we want. We have the opportunity to help one another. We have the opportunity to influence those we work with each day inside of Hol-Mac Corporation and outside of Hol-Mac Corporation. We have the opportunity to pray together and grow spiritually with others. We have the opportunity to provide for our families the best life we can provide for them

When we work as a team we can outperform anyone! When we work as a team we teach and learn from each other! When we work as a team we care and love one another! We win when we work as a team!
Without satisfied customers there is no need for anything else. Without satisfied employees you can’t be the most productive manufacturer in the world! Without satisfied suppliers we will not receive the support necessary for our success.
We can’t take off one minute striving to accomplish our goals. We must always maintain a sense of urgency about everything we do. We are either going forward or we are going backwards! Intensity keeps us moving forward fast!
We are put on this Earth for one reason and that is to bring honor and glory to God.
